Another epic work out for Functional Bodybuilding. Here is what you do. You perform every single exercise (station) for 30 seconds no breaks, once you finish the entire round of all exercises you rest for 3-5 mins and repeat it again 4 more times. 5 rounds in total. This will only help you muscle growth.
1. Sprints with the sled 45 lbs plate
2. Battle rope explosive movement - 30 seconds
3. Hammer Tire - 30 seconds
4. Tire flip - 30 seconds
5. Overhead Snatch - 30 seconds
6. Double unders - 30 secs
7. Single arm KB swing - 30 seconds
8. Doble Arm KB swing - 30 seconds
9. Side KB swing (rotate the hip)
