check this out, truly my evolution here. i have been big, been heavy, i been shredded but i never felt and looked as good as i am right now. All due to a tremendous change in my nutrition and approach to training. I dont just want to be aesthetic i want to be an aesthetic machine. HEALTHY, FUNCTIONAL, FLUID.
This the begging of another chapter in my athletic life and im thrilled to share it with you.
Perform this circuit in the am on empty stomach. Drink plenty of water a night before.
Circuit consists of five rounds - two
mins rest between.
One round includes six stations done with no rest in explosive, high pace manner.
1. Row machine 2 mins
2. Jump rope (if u can double unders) 2 mins
3. Assault bike 2 mins
4. Climb rope 5 reps
5. Medicine 30 lbs ball throws against the wall 60 seconds non stop switching sides.
6. Leg Raises 30 reps
