As the war in Ukraine continues, the search for a viable off-ramp grows increasingly urgent. This panel will bring together high-level policymakers to examine realistic pathways toward ending the conflict. Drawing on their direct experience in conflict resolution and regional security, panelists will explore what a negotiated settlement could look like in practice, the preconditions necessary for meaningful dialogue between the parties, and the concrete mechanisms through which the international community—including NATO allies, the EU, and key global actors—might facilitate a sustainable and just peace. The discussion will address critical questions around security guarantees, territorial considerations, and the diplomatic architecture required to move from ceasefire to lasting resolution.
