⭐ 1. See Everything as the Action of Allah

Nothing in life is random.
Behind every event is Allah’s will, wisdom, and mercy.

At the Battle of Badr, the Muslims were weak in number and resources, yet Allah granted victory. When the Prophet ﷺ threw, Allah said in the Qur’an that it was He who truly made it reach. The lesson is clear:
means exist, but Allah is the Doer.

Your salary, your loss, rain, sickness, ease, hardship — all are not merely causes and effects, but dealings from Allah with you personally. When the heart sees Allah behind events, life becomes meaningful instead of chaotic.

⭐ 2. Desire Only the Pleasure of Allah

As a believer comes to know Allah through His Names, a fire grows in the heart:
the desire to please Him above everyone else.

People can never be fully satisfied with you. Their approval is fragile and shifting. But Allah’s pleasure is eternal.

When this becomes the goal, even ordinary actions transform into worship:

eating,

sleeping,

working,

smiling,

providing for family,

helping others.

With the right intention, all of it becomes closeness to Allah.

⭐ 3. Think Well of Allah (Ḥusn al-Ẓann billāh)

True faith appears in moments of pain.

Prophet Ya‘qub ﷺ lost Yusuf, then later Binyamin. His heart was crushed with grief, yet he said:
“I only complain of my sorrow and grief to Allah, and I know from Allah what you do not know.”

He knew Allah.
He trusted Allah’s character, promises, and wisdom even when he could not see the outcome.

Thinking well of Allah is not denial of pain — it is strength through knowing who Allah is.
