Learn how to make homemade toffees with this easy toffee recipe!

You can't have a car journey without sweets, so this week we're creating a magical treat for Harry and Ron to enjoy on their flight to Hogwarts! Traditional toffee recipes can either be soft or hard - I prefer soft toffees, but you can also adapt this recipe to make them harder if you wish!

This easy toffee recipe only uses three ingredients, you can then personalise it with your favourite flavourings and decorate them for an added touch of magic!

These lightning bolt Harry Potter toffees make the perfect gifts for your Wizarding World friends so you can wrap them in wax paper and they'll keep for a month!
