2 minute climb (level 5-6)
30 sec R side step (level 3-4)
30 sec L side step (level 3-4)
1 minute kickbacks (level 3-4)
1 minute skip a step (level 4-5)
30 sec R side step with leg lift (level 3-4)
30 sec L side step with leg lift (level 3-4)
2 minute climb (level 5-6)
30 sec squat jump (GO SLOW! you can see i messed up in video from going to fast be carful)
1 min 30 sec clim (level 9-10)
