How to Quickly Calculate Mean, Median and Mode in Power BI

In this video I will show you how to quickly and easily calculate the Mean, Median and Mode in Power BI DAX. The code is minimal and easy to do.
The code for Mean (average) and Median are fairly straightforward and easy. The code for Mode is a little more complex and I fully explain the code and how it all works.
To keep things simple -
1) Mean = average
2) Median = the middle number
3) Mode = the most frequent value
In the case of this data, the mode only shows the exact same value as the mean or average as there is only 1 instance of each, so it is the most common value and there are no other values. I fully explain this and how that is based on the data example (Psych 115 grades for different sessions with 1 row of data per session).
I also show a graph which best shows the differences between mean and median.
