INGREDIENTS
4 (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate squares
1 cup (8 oz. or 2 sticks) of butter\
,2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsps.vanilla
2 cups(12 oz.)semisweet choc bits
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Break butter and choc. into smaller pieces and heat over medium high heat until melted.Stir in sugar and cook stirring constantly until sugar melts. Let cool for 15 minutes.Add eggs. Stir until blended.Add flour salt and vanilla Stir until blended.Stir in choc bits and marshmallows. Mixture will be very thick.Spoon into a greased 13 x9 pan and cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes until tester seems dry.Cool the pan on a rack. Brownies They are cooled in the pan and then cut into squares.
Although these can be eaten when cooled,they are really better if you wait a day and then they are good for a few more.
