છુટાછેડા મળી ગયા પછી જો કોર્ટમાંથી એ ઓર્ડર થયો હોય કે અપીલ થઈ શકશે નહીં તો તરત જ બીજું લગ્ન કરી શકાય છે પરંતુ જો એ ઓર્ડર થયો હોય અપીલ કરી શકાશે તો તેવા સમયે અપીલની સમય મર્યાદા પૂર્ણ થયા પછી અને જો અપીલ કરી હોય તો ઉપરની અદાલતમાંથી નિર્ણય મળ્યા પછી બીજું લગ્ન કરી શકાય છે
