These fascinating photographs will transport you back in time to Christmas in Liverpool in the 1990s. It's the most wonderful - and often the busiest - time of the year, with many families across the city and beyond gearing up for Christmas.
And these images, courtesy of our archives, Mirrorpix, are bound to stir some memories of Christmas shopping in 90s Liverpool. Before the days of online shopping, many of us would head into the city centre to shop at market stalls and shops like Topshop, The Gap, Olympus, Burton and more.
