Sandra Robinson is an Independent Speech and Language Therapist and Director of Speech Therapy Works Ltd. She has extensive experience of dysphagia management in the NHS and private practice, and in both acute and community settings. As well as supporting patients, she provides dysphagia consultancy and training to businesses.
Caroline Hill, Freelance Dietitian, runs Caroline Hill Nutrition, providing private dietetic consultations and nutrition consultancy services to the medical nutrition and food industry. She has a specialist interest in dysphagia and works alongside a dysphagia chef and SLT, delivering IDDSI training to care homes.
