10 Exercises for Strength & Balance for Seniors // 30 minute Osteoporosis Friendly Workout

Thank you for joining me for this full body workout that incorporates exercises for both strength and balance! This video is perfect for active seniors, those with osteoporosis and beginners.
I will take you through 10 compound movements that work all areas of the body.
I'm using 5 pound hand weights for the strength exercises. Slightly lighter or heavier is fine.
As always please go at your own pace and make sure you are comfortable with the movements before adding the balance challenge.
