Recipe Quantities:

6 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
1 TBS Jalapeno, diced

Juice of 1 Lime
Corn Salsa -
2 cans White Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1 TBS Jalapeno, diced
1 tsp Salt
Juice of 1/2 Lime
