Lord, I’m Afraid of Losing Control… Stay With Me

Hello dear friends. I hope you’re doing well.
Fear has a way of taking over quietly. It begins as a small worry, then spreads until your thoughts don’t feel like your own anymore. The heart tightens, the mind races, and suddenly it feels like everything inside is slipping out of your hands.
If that’s where you are today, breathe for a moment and let these words meet you gently.
As you listen, imagine God right beside you — steady, calm, unshaken. Let Him hold your fear, your confusion, and the weight you’ve been carrying alone.
You don’t have to control everything. He’s here with you, and He’s not letting go.
