God, When Anxiety Controls Me, Take My Hand

Hello dear friends, I hope you're doing well.
Anxiety has a way of taking over quietly — it tightens the chest, steals our peace, and makes even simple things feel heavy.
When that happens, I remind myself that I don’t have to walk through it alone. God sees the thoughts that overwhelm us and the fears we try to hide.
As we listen to His Word tonight, let His presence steady your heart. Let these scriptures take your hand and lead you back into peace.
