Emboss velvet fabric with rubber stamps, heating with an iron to set it. Colour was applied with Inktense dye sticks, which worked out great giving the velvet a low bloom of colour. Tracey @artfiberstitch takes you along on her latest experimenting. This time wanting to do something with these dark velvet scraps to add highlights and interest for use in further fabric art projects.
