✨ Oil-Free Ginger Miso Dressing Recipe ✨
This creamy, flavorful ginger miso dressing is inspired by one of my favorite restaurant salads — and now you can make it right at home! It’s oil-free, vegan, and absolutely delicious. With silken tofu, mellow white miso, maple syrup, garlic, rice vinegar, and fresh (or frozen) ginger, this dressing comes together in minutes using a high-speed blender like my Vitamix.
Perfect on Asian-inspired salads, grain bowls, or even as a dip, this dressing tastes amazing fresh and even better the next day as the flavors deepen.
