Steamed Chocolate Moist Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients
3 cup all purpose flour (360g)
1⅛ cup cocoa powder (90g)
1 tbsp baking powder (10g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
2 teaspoon baking soda (6g)
3 cup sugar brown or white (600g)
3 egg
2 cup Evaporated milk (500ml)
3/4 cup cooking oil (187ml)
2 teaspoon vanilla optional
1 tablespoon instant coffee (4g)
rest 20 minutes
Make 40 pcs 3oz size
Boil the water before steaming
Steam over medium low heat for up to 8 minutes after 8 minutes low heat up to 10 minutes
if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 18-20 minutes
