Coriander Seed - 25 g
Roasted gram - 50 g
Poppy seeds -25 g
Asefotida - 10 g
Red Chilli - 10 No
For Tempering
Mustard seed - 1 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 Tsp 
Bengal Gram - 1 Tsp
Green Chilli - 5 No
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
