📝 Ingredients You’ll Need:
Hilsa fish (Ilish maach)
Doctor’s Choice Mustard Oil
Pre-cooked / boiled rice
Green chilies
Black pepper (crushed)
Turmeric powder
Salt & sugar
🔥 Method:
Marinate Hilsa with salt & turmeric, shallow fry in mustard oil.
In the same oil, sauté green chilies & crushed pepper, add turmeric paste, and cook till oil separates.
Mix in rice with salt & a pinch of sugar.
Place fried Hilsa on top, cover, and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Done!
