Guinness clone grain to glass , lovely pint bit hight percentage for me for a stout but new recipe brings it down to 4.3% and tastes every bit as good
So is this recipe for 4.3%
6lbs of pale malt ( hook head )
17oz of flaked oats
8oz chocolate
8 oz crystal
4oz of roast barley
50 grams of EKG
15grams of so4 yeast
1 profock tablet
