• 2 tbsp starch (corn or potato)
• 2 sausages
• 50 g mozzarella cheese
• A pinch of salt and pepper
• Oil for frying
🔥 How to make:
1️⃣ Grate the potatoes and mix them with starch, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Fry the sausages until golden.
3️⃣ Spread the potato mix in a thin layer on the pan and fry until golden brown.
