This recipe brings back warm memories of home. I boiled three large potatoes, cut off the tops, and carefully scooped out the inside. Then I fried diced chicken fillet with onion, carrot, mushrooms, and soy sauce. I mixed this with the mashed potato from the centers and stuffed it all back into the potato shells. Finally, I baked them in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes — and the result is simply delicious!

-1 tbsp soy sauce
