Lake Erie experienced significant winds as a cold front came crashing through the system. Multiple areas had 60 mph+ wind gusts from local storm reports. In Hamburg, NY, large waves were crashing along Route 5, where spray was creating visibility issues. Flooding due to a seiche on Lake Erie caused inundation along Hoover Road, S Shore Dr, Midshore Dr, and N Shore Drive.
Video also includes a couple shots from Hamburg Town Park where you can see Buffalo in the distance with a very turbulent lake with lots of lake spray.
