Chicken Mushroom Ingredients

half kilo chicken breast
1 to 2 medium size onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup each red and green bell pepper
1 cup button mushrooms
salt, pepper, sugar, spices to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cream cheese
slurry, 3 Tbsp water with 1 tbsp cornstarch if needed
avocado oil/butter
cheese topping is optional
