Join me for a virtual trail run or virtual hike during peak wildflower season on Sundance Trail. Follow the shoreline of Carter Lake while birds sing and blossoms abound along the way! My scenic running videos for treadmill are perfect for your indoor running workouts.
This trail has been maintained by the Colorado Addicted Trailbuilders Society (C.A.T.S.) They recently rebuilt the stone staircase seen in the video at 32:52 -- a huge improvement from what was there before! C.A.T.S. has many volunteer opportunities around the state of Colorado. So check them out at trailcats.org to see what they do and a calendar of upcoming events. If you're in the area, take some time to help them out!
I thought I had some video of the staircase rebuilding in progress, but my GoPro had overheated and wasn't recording. C.A.T.S. is a great team of people and we here in Colorado really appreciate their work!
