If thou wouldst like to hear more of me singing, as well as many other talented performers, you may check out the Encore Vocal Ensemble Youtube page: / encorevocalensemble -- in our last show, Sondheim 101, I sang a solo in the Sweeney Todd medley, but I also strongly recommend the ensemble number "Send in the Clowns," which was the very first A Capella piece our group ever attempted and turned out so amazingly well. Our next show, set to play this summer, is going to be a tribute to classic music from our favorite animated movies..."Showtoons: Encore Gets Animated!"
Filmed yesterday, 2/11/12, and edited a day later today. Music used in this edition includes "Wedding Announcement," from The Little Mermaid, "Fife's Yuletide Theme," from Beauty and the Beast and the Enchanted Christmas, "A Wondrous Place," from Tarzan, "Turn Loose the Mermaids (instrumental)" by Nightwish, George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue," and "Girls Go Shopping" from Enchanted.
