Ingredients:
1 cup frozen clam
1-2 servings of linguine (or other pasta)
5 cloves of garlic
1-2 tsp parsley (dry/fresh)
2 tbsp oil
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 cup pasta water
1 tsp fish sauce
sprinkle with parmesan cheese (or a slice of cheese, or 2 tbsp of milk/cream)

1-2 人份量 意粉 (什麼形狀也可以)
5 瓣 蒜頭
1-2 茶匙 香芹 (乾/新鮮都可以)
2 湯匙 油
少許 鹽和胡椒粉
1/2 碗 意份水
1 茶匙 魚露
少許 parmesan芝士 (或一塊芝士, 或 2 湯匙牛奶/忌簾)
