荔枝奶凍｜Lychee Panna Cotta

12g 砂糖 Sugar
½ tsp 純素果凍粉* Vegan jelly powder
110g 荔枝果汁 Lychee puree
90g 無糖米奶 Unsweetened rice milk
40g 椰奶 Coconut milk

玫瑰果凍｜Rose Jelly

20g 砂糖 Sugar
2tsp 純素果凍粉 Vegan jelly powder
280g 水 Water
6g+1g 乾燥玫瑰花 Dried rose buds

*我們使用台灣的盈發純素晶亮果凍粉，主要凝固成份為鹿角菜膠，是一種天然海藻膠。
