Hi my Babezz!! I wanted to take you guys through a budget friendly, DELICIOUS, 1 week meal prep of what I'm eating on my quest to build my glutes and quads while KEEPING my abs. I'll also touch a little bit on how I'm going about my diet, if I'm in a calorie surplus or deficit, my current goals with fitness etc. Remember that everybody is born with a different set of variables so if you want great results you should always optimize your macros and calories based on your own set of factors such as activity level, height, weight, age, metabolism, goals, etc. I have linked a calorie calculator below as well, hopefully this can all be of help to you guys!
