Enjoy this full yoga practice to stretch, strengthen and move your whole being. Connect your mind, body and soul as you move in sync with your breath.
Rather than blazing through our yoga practice using momentum, together we will slow down, tap into our inner ease and strength to FEEL our way through.
Remember that the Yoga practice is a journey, enjoy and honour where you are at today, as each day is different.
Listen to your body first and foremost. If something feels painful or intuitively not right, please ease off and listen to those signs. Pause and take breaks as often as you need.
*NOTE: there is a little bit of microphone static in the beginning of class, however, it does NOT continue for the rest of the practice*
