Welcome to your 10-minute fun leg workout with weights, designed to keep your legs and booty burning! There’s no-talking — just clear on-screen guidance and a timer.
I’m using 10 lb dumbbells, but you can go lighter or heavier depending on your fitness level. The goal is to challenge your lower body in a short amount of time, with a workout that’s simple, efficient, and effective.
We start with a deadlift to reverse lunge after a quick preview, and then roll into 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off intervals for the rest of the workout. The first half focuses on leg strength, and the second half is a glute-focused burner to finish strong.
This is a great dumbbell workout for:
• Building strength in your legs and glutes
• Getting a good sweat in minimal time
• Staying consistent without overcomplicating your workouts
