🍗 Chicken Strips Recipe:

• Chicken breast (cut into long strips)

• Steak & chop spice
• Chicken spice
• Garlic salt
• Butter
Method:
1. Slice the chicken into long strips.
2. Season generously with paprika, steak & chop spice, chicken spice, and garlic salt.
3. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Fry the strips until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.

🥕 Glazed Carrots Recipe:
Ingredients:
• Carrots (peeled and sliced into long thick strips)
• Butter
• Fresh or dried thyme
• Salt
• Honey
• Half chicken stock cube
• Hot water
Method:
1. Melt butter in a pan and add the carrots.
2. Fry gently while stirring.
3. Add thyme and a pinch of salt.
4. Drizzle with honey and stir.
5. Dissolve the stock cube in hot water and add to the pan.

• 1 cup Tastic Wholegrain Brown Rice (cooked)
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 robot pepper, diced (red, yellow, or green)
• 1 medium carrot, peeled and diced
• 2 tbsp cooking oil (olive or sunflower)
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp mixed herbs (e.g. thyme, oregano, basil)
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
• Salt to taste

1. Cook the brown rice ahead of time according to package instructions (usually 2½ cups of water per 1 cup of rice, simmered for about 35–40 minutes). Set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.

4. Stir in the diced robot pepper and carrots. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly tender.
