The Myth Of The Greedy Landlord

Rental rates in Vancouver just hit another record high with the average 1 bedroom condo now renting for $3000 a month. This is up from about $2100 in 2019. I see this only getting worse with the NDP government and their war on landlords. Yet I still see many renters and the main stream media claim it’s the result of greedy landlords and the NDP loves to stay quiet on this when they are the real reason why rents are skyrocketing. Let me set the record straight for about the 8th time in the last 4 years on why rents are rising and why they will continue to go up even more. Enjoy!
