These No- Oven Cream Cheese Biscuit Balls are made with just a few simple ingredients:

Digestive biscuits - crushed
Cream cheese - 100 g (or desired amount)
Heavy cream - 100 ml
Butter - 20 gr (optional)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
shot of espresso (optional, for flavor)
powdered sugar 2tbsp(optional)

Recipe:
1. Crush biscuits, mix with butter, vanilla, powdered sugar & espresso.
2. Shape into balls.
3. Mix cream cheese & cream, coat or fill the balls.
4.Ready in minutes, no baking required😍
