A quick 10km hill run then i ll show you how I am training to run a 403 km adventure race and a 120 mile mountain ultra marathon.

This year I am launching Project Perseverance to raise funds for two amazing charities that help Veterans & First Responders with PTSD and injuries suffered whilst in the line of duty.

My aim is to raise $1000 for each charity (but I think we can beat that!). I will be getting t-shirts etc made and will be posting training videos as I get ready for the challenges I am taking part in. Both challenges will test my mind and body to the max.

Challenge 1 (June 2021): Expedition Canada. Myself and 3 other teammates will be competing in a self-supported and self-navigated 250 miles (403km) Adventure Race.

Challenge 2 (August 2021): Fat Dog 120 mile Ultra Marathon. This is arguably Canada's hardest Ultra Marathon, where I will be running 120 miles (193km) over mountainous trails.
