Sunday the 13th of October 2024 marked the first day of rail operations at the new Belfast Grand Central Station, I was there to witness the first ever Dublin Connolly - Belfast Grand Central Enterprise arriving into the new station, it was quite nice to witness railway history unfold before my eyes.
Anyhow, the video it a collection of shots showcasing the day to day rail operations in and out of Belfast Grand Central as well as various shots showcasing the main concourse.
Overall I am very impressed with the new station, I really like the modern design, it's definitely a huge improvement over the old Great Victoria Street Station.
