08-07-2024 Today we will hike to Pic du Tarbésou, Étang Bleu and Étang Noir in the Ariège department in the Pyrenees. We had no idea what to expect other than beautiful views of the surrounding area and lakes. We can say at the end of this day that it is one of the most beautiful hikes we have done in the past few weeks. We were here at the right time and the rhododendrons were in full bloom. This walk is really a must do at this time of year.
