Here at Hey Bud Smoking BBQ we love smoking meat and we love eating it even more. Enjoy our version of beef ribs on a Sunday afternoon. Keeping it simple
Ribs for today were a three bone beef. Got these from a local supplier in the PNW, Minder Meats in Bremerton, Wa.
Overall cook time: just under 4 hrs
275F for the first 3 hours
300F for the last hour
Seasoned with my own blend of sea salt, course black pepper, garlic powder, minced onions, and paprika.
No sauce and no wrap for these today. These had great marbling, so I removed the fat from the top (personal choice) and let them ride out the cook. Super tender and juicy, pulled right off the bone.
Cooked on a Treager Pro Series 34 Pellet Grill in Bronze.
Used a blend of Pit Boss Competition Blend (Hickory, Maple, Apple).
