I have been in the Navy for over 26 years and the one thing that I always been consistent is BBQ. It has been consistent, because I have always treated just like I would in my back yard at home. I have BBQ'd all over the world and can't wait to do more as I retire this year. Join me in the next chapter and explore new ways to BBQ.
This is all about the back yard BBQ enthusiast. That means all you people that just want to try good food and are willing to make a few mistakes to get there. We use simple ingredients that are easy to get and won't break the bank. Sit back and enjoy and then go and try it for yourself.
We love feedback on our videos and our food. There are so many ways to make BBQ and so many different types of smokers/BBQ out there. We don't judge. As long as you are happy and it's tastes delicious in the end, that is all that matter.
