We are two personal trainers who love fitness, and we hope to make it more fun, approachable, and accessible to everyone!
This is a 20-minute glute and core workout you can do at home, either with a partner or on your own! Follow along with us using your optional dumbbells and bench/chair for squats.
This workout focuses on glute strength, core stability, and controlled movement, with some Pilates-inspired elements mixed in. It’s beginner-friendly and especially great if you’re looking for a low-impact but effective lower-body workout.
