So excited this is my first ever sweet chilli with all homegrown chillies.
I used a Sally Wise recipe and then canned them in the water bath canner.
My son was very happy with the result as well as his room mates.
The girls and hubby are also enjoying the fruits of my labour. It has definitely helped the flavour of my pasta sauces.
