🍌 Banana Bread (2–3 servings)
‣ Overripe bananas – 3 (or 2 if smaller) 🍌
‣ Unsalted butter – 115g 🧈
‣ White sugar – 100g 🍬
‣ Egg – 1 whole 🥚
‣ Vanilla extract – 5g 🍮
‣ Salt – a pinch 🧂
‣ All-purpose flour – 180g 🌾
‣ Baking soda – 3g 🥄
‣ Chocolate chips – generous handful + extra for topping 🍫
‣ Parchment paper – for lining tin 📜

🍙 Kimbap (Korean seaweed rice rolls)
‣ Rice – 300–400g (cooked) 🍚
‣ Sesame oil – 1 tbsp 🪔
‣ Salt – 1 tsp 🧂
‣ White sesame seeds – to taste 🌰
‣ Carrots – 1, cut into matchsticks 🥕
‣ Spinach – 200g (baby or regular) 🌿
‣ Egg – 2–3 (for egg sheet) 🥚
‣ Yellow pickled radish – 1–2 strips 🟡
‣ Beef (thin sliced) – 250g 🥩
‣ Soy sauce – 1 tbsp 🧂
‣ Gochujang – 1 tbsp 🌶
‣ Ketchup – 2 tbsp 🍅
‣ Sugar – 1 tbsp 🍬
‣ Red onion – ½ (diced) 🧅
‣ White onion – ½ (sliced) 🧅
‣ Seaweed sheets – 2–3 pcs 🫓

🌶 Tteokbokki (Spicy rice cakes)
‣ Rice cakes – 300–400g 🍘
‣ Cabbage – ½ head (sliced) 🥬
‣ Garlic – 2 cloves (minced) 🧄
‣ White onion – remaining half 🧅
‣ Fish cakes – sliced (amount as you like) 🐟
‣ Gochujang – 2 tbsp 🌶
‣ Korean chili powder – 2 tbsp 🌶
‣ Soy sauce – 1 tbsp 🧂
‣ Sugar – 1 tbsp 🍬
‣ Water – ½ cup + extra as needed 💧
‣ Cheese slices – 3 🧀

🫐 Blueberry Crumble Pie
‣ All-purpose flour – 200g 🌾
‣ Sugar – 25–35g 🍬
‣ Salt – 0.6g 🧂
‣ Unsalted butter – 100g (room temp) 🧈
‣ Egg – 1 (approx. 35g) 🥚
‣ Frozen blueberries – 200g 🫐
‣ Sugar – 1 tbsp 🍬
‣ Cornstarch – 1 tbsp 🌽
‣ Sliced almonds – to top 🌰

🍹 Creamy Berry Bliss (2 servings)
‣ Blackberries & raspberries – 6 to 8 pcs 🫐🍓
‣ Jasmine tea – 60ml 🌼
‣ Syrup – 15g 🍯
‣ Lemon juice – 5g 🍋
‣ Chilled coffee – 60g ☕
‣ Ice cubes – as needed 🧊
‣ Thickened cream – 200g 🥛
‣ Condensed milk – 20g 🥄
‣ Salt – 2g 🧂
‣ Extra berries – to garnish 🍓
