I've never been a fan of aluminum racing tow hooks because they are weak (I witnessed one break), so I tracked down compatible steel tow hooks and tow straps that will work for all generations of Scion tCs as well as xBs. They also work great as a tie down point if you have a roof rack.

M20x2.0 Tow Hook:
• 2011-2013 Scion tC2
• 2008-2015 Scion xB2

M24x2.0 Tow Hook:
• 2005-2010 Scion tC
• 2014-2016 Scion tC2.5
• 2004-2006 Scion xB
