Welcome to my kitchen! Today I’m showing you how to make my homemade Egg Muffins — a quick, easy recipe that’s perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a handy high-protein snack. These take about 15 minutes to prep and 25 minutes to bake, and you’ll get around 8–9 tasty muffins from this batch.
For this recipe, you’ll need:
• 6 eggs
• 50g grated cheese
• 50g Greek yoghurt
• ½ pepper
• ½ onion
• Pepper & paprika to season
• A little oil spray for your muffin cases
Each muffin comes in at roughly 220 calories, with 16g fat (5g saturated), just 2g carbs, 2g fibre and a solid 13g of protein — so they’re filling, balanced, and ideal if you’re trying to eat well without the fuss.
This is the basic recipe, so you can make them to your own taste by adding chopped bacon, ham or extra cheese. It's up to you, whatever you fancy adding !!
