There is nothing quite like the smell of fresh dough and woodsmoke in the crisp mountain air. Today, I’m finally opening up my outdoor kitchen for the season! 🏔️✨
Nestled right in the heart of our mountain garden, this kitchen is my favorite place to be. To celebrate, I invited some local kids over for a traditional mountain treat: Brum Hanik. Watch as we make fresh, steaming hot chapatis right on the fire and slather them with melting homemade butter.
Seeing their smiles and hearing the crunch of the garden surroundings made this the perfect opening day. Grab a cup of tea and enjoy the peaceful mountain vibes with us!
