Jem and The Holograms are planning the musical event of the year, the Jem Jam, featuring legendary stars of rock 'n roll. During their stay at Starlight Mansion, until the concert, Ba Nee believes one of the guests is her lost father.

Jem is Jerrica's secret identity, a rock star who has lots of adventures with her sister Kimber and their band The Holograms. Her boyfriend Rio struggles with his feelings for Jem and Jerrica as he doesn't know they are the same person.
On the flip side, there’s The Misfits, a rival band that constantly causes trouble. They’re always trying to outdo Jem’s band, often resorting to dangerous and mean-spirited tactics. The show also features guest appearances from different musicians and bands, keeping the music scene fresh and exciting.
