Cambodian egg omelette
Ingredients:
7 eggs
3 scallions (thinly sliced)
7 cloves chopped garlic
2 shallots (diced)
A handful of fresh Sa-om leaves (climbing wattle)
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp msg (optional)
A dash of white pepper
3 tbsp water
Mix to combine.
Cooking instructions:
In a large skillet, add some cooking oil. Add the egg mixture and cook to your liking.
Serve with steamed rice or any other condiments you prefer. Enjoy!
