Ice climbing humbled me in the best possible way. What started as a winter adventure turned into a full‑body workout, a mindset reset, and a powerful reminder that going down is sometimes part of going up. From shaking legs and burning arms to frozen waterfalls and unreal views, this experience pushed me far outside my comfort zone — and I loved it.
