We’re celebrating my amazing daughter who only has half a heart hitting the big milestone of turning 13 years old!

In todays vlog we’re feeding a very demanding squirrel, watching an owl display, and heading to the subtropical swimming paradise for a night swim in the rapids, where we LOOSE OUR GO PRO! And a hero saves the day!

Followed by a night bike ride through the forest!

Mum, Jade-Marie here! I feel our little family is super special as not only was I told I could not have children, and then had my beautiful Dawn-louise, I was told my daughter having half a heart (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a terminal CHD (Congenital heart defect) meant she wouldn’t live a long and happy life, well, these vlogs go to show how strong a heart warrior she really is!
